I'm Isabelle Henriques. Eighteen years in games, with budgets, forecasts and the entire P&L on my desk. I founded Maxis Europe and EA Sports' first European hub, ran live product for The Sims 4 across 24M+ active users, and delivered Madden Ultimate Team at $250M annual gross profit. Most recently, Co-CEO and COO of a Berlin studio taking a nine-year MMO to market.

I've held both seats — deciding what the game should be, and building the system that gets it made on time and profitable.
